WHO WE ARE

Robert and Christie Warner

Robert is a Pastor with a heart and passion for God’s people. He has been working in ministry for 18 years. For 12 years he has pastored at Zion Disciples Ministries, a church and community outreach he helped start in Bay Point, California. The ministry has helped many from the local homeless population to children and missionaries across the globe. He has never taken a salary, believing all money given to the church should go back into the community to help those who need it.

Christie is a gifted teacher with a Masters in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership, specializing in Reading and Literacy. She has worked with students of all ages for 24 years. Her passion has been to serve children that struggle in mainstream classroom settings. She has worked alongside her husband at Zion. They have been married 14 years.

During the Covid pandemic, they began watching documentaries on human trafficking. This led to researching this evil crime. They learned that human trafficking was on the rise as predators took advantage of the global pandemic lockdown. It was during this time that God laid it upon their hearts to get involved.  Robert and Christie began to pray; God gave them a vision and road map on building a healing ranch. A place where God’s children could come and receive healing through interaction with the animals on the ranch. They sold their house in California, resigned from their current jobs, and bought a property in Gladewater, Texas.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

We Believe

People who have been human trafficked have been touched by the darkest evil.  They are physically and mentally broken. It is only the perfect love of Jesus Christ that can heal their souls.

"The purpose of the body [of Christ] is to transform darkness into light. That transformation only happens if you dare to look at the dark." -Mark Gerzon
